Dangers Details: Choking and Chemical
The product has small parts that can be easily detached and could be swallowed or inhaled by young children. Lead and chrome can migrate from the material that the figures are made from. The product does not comply with the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standards EN 71-1 and EN 71-3.

Multi-coloured (white, blue, green, red, yellow and orange), soft plastic ball (approx. diameter 10cm). The product is sold in a white plastic net bearing a label with the brand name, the CE mark, the pictogram indicating that it is unsuitable for use by children under the age of three years and the warning: "Choking Hazard - Small parts. Not for children under 3 years".

The product poses a chemical risk because it contains 15.1% by mass bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP). According to the REACH Regulation the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles, while phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited in toys or childcare articles that can be placed in the mouth by children.

Notification 5:Key-ring in the form of a round photo frame with two arms and two legs. The arms are made from elastic wire with a green plastic covering and have yellow hands (approx. length 1.9cm). The legs are made from elastic wire with a bright pink plastic covering and have blue shoes on the end (approx. length 2.0cm). The product is sold unpacked.

According to the REACH Regulation the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles, while phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited in toys or childcare articles that can be placed in the mouth by children.
